🚫 Used, installed, tested, or altered products are not eligible for return.


🌍 Overseas / Imported Products Policy

Some products are sourced from overseas suppliers.

Overseas items are not eligible for return or exchange due to international shipping processes.

However, if an overseas product arrives:

✔ Incorrect

Customers must contact EdgeStore within 48 hours of delivery with video proof for replacement or refund assistance.
